Founded in the year 1959, Shanghai Information Technology College was one of the first national key secondary vocational schools in China as well as an advanced unit in national vocational education and employment guidance. It has been acknowledged for years by Shanghai Municipal Government as Civilized Sample Unit since 1991. Situated in the northwest of Shanghai, SITC has a campus of 66,700 square meters surrounded by green plants, covering first-class teaching facilities including teaching building, library, gym, track and field ground, laboratory and experiment building, school canteen and students lodging. Shanghai Information Technology College is currently looking for full-time oral English teachers, who can start teaching in February, 2010. Position Description:

1) The teachers are expected to work at least 14 hours per week.

2) Full-time English teachers (Oral communication focused) There are generally three types of lessons 

★ Oral English for Joint Course ---1-3 teachers (male or female) 

★ BEC Speaking --- 1-2 teachers (female) 

★ Oral English for students in different specialties---2-4 teachers with logistic, information technology or business background

Requirement:

1) Native English speaker is a must

2) Bachelor's degree or above with Teaching certificate such as TFEL/TFSL

3) Teaching experience required

4) Live in the apartment provided by the school (important)

Salary and allowance：

1) Negotiable

2) Allowance: The employing party will provide fundamental living conditions for the employed party in China which includes:

a) Basic living supplements (e.g. furniture, telephone, television, computer, air conditioner, refrigerator and etc).
